Coordinator, your role will be is to support our B2B marketing strategy, ensuring our sales channel is supported with high-quality marketing materials for both online and offline use and trade show execution. The ideal candidate is experienced in graphic design, content management, and catalogue design and thrives in a fast-paced environment working to support both the Marketing and Sales functions. Importantly, this role acts as a liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring timely and relevant marketing support and deliverables for external partners and media. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Collateral Development Asset Management Design, create, and deploy marketing materials (online + offline) for print, web, Sena partners, and trade shows, including but not limited to: Fliers, brochures/ / Data sheets/ / Point-of-purchase [...] imagery from trade shows, partner events, and promotional campaigns, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and properly archived 2. Content Data Management Oversee content management by uploading, organizing, and maintaining assets in the companys Brand Folder tool to ensure proper storage,
accessibility, and version control Handle data management, including maintaining accurate records of marketing materials, partner assets, and product-related content Organize and manage folders and subfolders for streamlined access to marketing assets, trade show materials, and promotional conten 3. Trade Show Event Support Act as a support function to assist the Marketing team in all aspects of trade shows and industry events, including but not limited to: Booth design and setup/ / Logistics and coordination/ / Designing promotional materials/ / On-site support and travel (where necessary) 3+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation and data management or related roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and [...]
