Your profile Doctoral degree in animal behaviour, ecology, data science, evolutionary biology or a related field Expertise in movement ecology, preferably with fishes Strong interest in modelling approaches and aquatic ecosystems Motivated to collaborate in a team of scientists with diverse backgrounds and to initiate interdisciplinary research Strong publication track record commensurate with career stage Success in competitive funding acquisition commensurate with career stage Experience in supervising students or early career researcher is of advantage Our offer We offer an interesting position with a long-term perspective according to IGBs tenure-track guidelines in a dynamic international scientific environment. The working language is English. The position is full-time with an option for temporary or permanent work time reduction. It is based at the Department of Fish Biology, Fisheries and Aquaculture in Berlin.
