Coach, Leader Coaching Team, Rest of the World, Leader Coaching Team (ROW LCT) Job ID: 2909947 Q-Express Documents Transport The L D Coach role within the Leader Coaching Team (LCT) provides superior facilitation and coaching across World Wide Operations (WWOPs) leaders. They are responsible for facilitating remote and in-person learning experiences to support leader development for all Global Operations Learning and Development (GOLD) Programs. They partner with stakeholders; Program Managers (PMs) , Learning Business Partners (LBPs) , and Operations stakeholders to execute holistic solutions considering both an optimal learning experience and business needs. In addition to assisting in the ongoing development of the facilitation skills of peers, the L D Coach also helps prepare and provide feedback to business presenters. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Completed Bachelors degree. 5+ years experience in classroom (in-person and/or remote) facilitation, with excellent facilitation and communication skills (oral, written, and body
language) , and interpersonal skills to comfortably and confidently present to large audiences. 5+ years experience formulating and implementing training/ performance improvement strategies, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout a large organization. 5+ years experience and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly to preserve the learning experience. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make business decisions and manage training efforts. English and
Arabic fluency. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Completed Bachelors degree in relevant field such as business, education, instructional design, or organizational development. Masters degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development or Instructional Design is preferred. Operational experience, either inside or outside Amazon. Experience with learning management systems (KNet, Thinking Cap) or other online remote learning platforms. Program and project management skills. English, Arabic fluency.
