Manager and Manager Finance Accounting in providing accurate, complete, reliable accounting data that leads to high quality data for financial statements, reporting and VAT-filings by processing of accounting data: Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closings e. g. preparing list for and GLpostings of accruals also for foreign branches Organization of financial closing by preparing and conducting checklists Reconciliation between accounting and sales software and ledger accounts Preparing monthly reports to Japan and answering relevant request Preparing and processing GL postings in an accurate and timely manner Responsible compilation of specific reports e. g. monthly VAT-filings, ZM, Intrastat and other statistical reports in accurate and timely manner Reconciliation of bank accounts Monthly posting of salary list Preparing, checking, collecting and saving evidence [...]
