In dieser Rolle gewährleisten Sie primär die Funktionalität des automatisierten Produktionsablaufs im Prozessleitsystem während der Reinigung und Produktion und Sie greifen bei Abweichungen korrigierend ein. Ihre Aufgaben: Sie erstellen, testen und optimieren den automatisierten Produktionsablauf. Bereits in der Planungs-und Engineeringsphase sind Sie mitverantwortlich für die Automatisierung. Sie erstellen Rezepturen im DeltaV und überwachen diese während der Einfahr-, Qualifizierungs-und Produktionsphase. Sie nehmen an Risiko-und Prozessabweichungsanalysen teil. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Anlageteam stellen Sie die cGMP gerechte Dokumentation sicher. Sie verbessern kontinuierlich Abläufe und Prozesse unter Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Hygiene-, Umwelt-und Qualitätsanforderungen. Als Stellvertretung betreuen Sie Pilotierungs-und Produktionskampagnen. Anforderungsprofil: Abschluss (ETH, FH, HF) in der Fachrichtung Biotechnologie/ Bioverfahrenstechnik/ Pharmaingenieurwesen oder als Chemie-/ Pharmatechnologe/in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
