Crashworthiness, Weight reduction, Stiffness and Strength, Durability, Sustainability; Comprehensive knowledge of Body-in-White (BiW) materials, including steel grades, aluminium, and material substitution strategies; Understanding of key cost drivers, including material costs, process costs (tooling investments, cycle times, energy consumption) , labor costs, logistics, and supply chain expenses.
