Job Summary The MGH Center for Cancer Research is looking for a bioinformatics
analyst to study genomics and epigenomics of breast cancer. The general focus of the project is intra-tumoral heterogeneity of breast cancer and specifically triple-negative breast cancer, as well as the genetic and epigenetic underpinnings of these cancers that affect outcomes and response to therapy. We also have a special interest in the molecular differences in tumor
biology in women of different ancestry that contribute to worse outcomes in certain populations.
