technician/ warehouse specialists (f/m/d) for our
data centers. The DC Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks related to the setup of server racks, inbound outbound of spare parts and the reverse process of damaged parts at a data center. As part of a 3PL team providing Value Added Services for a global data center customer, the associate will ensure smooth operations by conducting inbound, outbound, rack placement and machine population tasks according to the data centers standards and procedures. The role requires both independent work and collaboration with the team to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to all security and compliance guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Loading/ Unloading trucks, unpacking, deploying and
cabling customers IT hardware: Server racks/ Trays/ hardware accessories for server racks in multiple Datacenters in Frankfurt and suburbs. Physical and systematic handling of inbound and outbound orders in line with operational procedures, using SAP and WMS. Control items stock levels to ensure adherence to minimum and maximum thresholds. Processing computer parts with special equipment. Maintain the security and integrity of sensitive IT components while handling them. Processing customer requests per ticketing system. Identify and report equipment or machine issues, adhering to established data center procedures. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including proper maintenance of tools used for tasks. Minimum Requirements: Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar role.
