Summary The Manager Facilities is responsible for managing all local efforts related to facility improvement, expansion planning, industrial hygiene, occupational safety, and environmental health concepts. Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs. Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, and facilities expansion. Serves as liaison between the company and local municipalities and agencies related to facilities activities. Has responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards. This includes leading the local facilities and safety teams, negotiating service contracts, establishing facility and safety metrics for corporate sustainment, maintaining appropriate staffing levels within group/ s assigned, and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
