Als Sales Planning Analyst (m/w/d) bist du die Schlüsselperson für den Austausch zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing und Supply Chain in planungsrelevanten Themen. Du stellst sicher, dass Informationen effektiv geteilt werden und trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass alle Abteilungen auf dem gleichen Stand sind. Du bist verantwortlich für die monatliche Absatzplanung eines bestimmten Produktbereichs und behältst stets aktuelle Trends und Aktionen im Blick. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Teams erstellst und aktualisierst du die Prognosen (Forecasts) für den Produktbedarf und stimmst diese kontinuierlich ab. Du begleitest und optimierst den Launchprozess bezüglich der Absatzmengen und übernimmst die Pflege sowie die Weiterentwicklung der relevanten Planparameter und der bestehenden Prognose-Modelle. Du führst Abweichungsanalysen im Hinblick auf mögliche Abweichungen zwischen Businessplänen, Forecast und Auftragsbestand durch und erarbeitest daraus entsprechende Optimierungsmaßnahmen für den internen Gebrauch. Zudem bist du für die Analyse relevanter interner Kennzahlen verantwortlich und stellst ein regelmäßiges Reporting sicher. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Local Demand Review Meetings im Rahmen des S OP Prozesses. Du hast dein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik, Controlling oder Supply Chain Management, und konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in der Bedarfsplanung oder Forecasting in der FMCG-Branche sammeln. Du bist vertraut mit Prognoseverfahren und-methoden und beherrschst die gängigen statistischen Methoden zur Bewertung der Plangenauigkeit (z. B. Forecast Accuracy, BIAS) . Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Demand Planning Tools und ERP-Systemen.
