Proactively look for business opportunities with existing clients, and prospects. Mentor or manage junior team members, ensuring client submissions are executed flawlessly, with implementation of agency best practices. Must adhere to agency policies and required compliance practices. Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Strong and applied experience in marketing and advertising, with expertise in digital and print execution; understands marketing and digital strategy as well as media and technology. Strong client relations skills with proven customer satisfaction. Proven ability to manage projects to successful and collaborative completion.
