of Procurement will lead and develop a world-class Procurement organization in line with GEA Global guidelines, leading to excellent delivery performance, lowest integral cost levels, best quality, and optimal working capital. Tasks Director Procurement:Develop and deploy a procurement strategy which includes short-, mid-and long-term goals towards the most resilient and cost-effective supply chain Further develop GEA Food Solutions Bakel Procurement department (20 FTE) to a high performing team, driving continuous improvements and learning resulting in a best-in-class organization Foster collaboration between the 3 teams in Procurement as well as across Operations, Order Management, Engineering, Sales and Service departments within the Bakel Food Solutions facility and Global GEA Procurement Category Management team Drive towards cost savings on COGS, modularization, early Procurement supplier [...] and rapidly growing company where you can make your mark with career advancement opportunities. Your profile Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering 10 years relevant experience with proven track record in Strategic
