We offer you an influential role in a fast-growing company:As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our Hey Jobs products. You will be responsible for crafting value-driven marketing content that resonates with our target audience, [...] and engagement through targeted campaigns, and support the product bundling strategy with aligned content and messaging across touchpoints. Marketing Collateral Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing materials (website copy, brochures, recruiter portal content) , oversee the creation of clear and relevant
educational content, and design/ manage content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. Customer-Centric Marketing: Collaborate with the Go-To-Market and Product Teams to align marketing content with customer pain points and ensure materials address the needs and preferences of our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) . Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign and content effectiveness using data to drive decisions and refine strategies. Project Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing) , and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives while balancing priorities.
