Job Purpose: The Field Sales Engineer (FSE) will promote and develop business with responsibility for solidifying MACOMs position as the preferred partner for our compelling portfolio of RF, Microwave, Networking Photonics capabilities across the Central European Region (CEUR) . This is a high-visibility role with significant contribution towards the organizations Strategic Plan underpinned by aggressive Opportunity Generation (Design Wins Critical Milestones) aimed at meeting or exceeding Bookings targets. Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline 5+ years in a Technical Sales role with RF, Microwave ideally, Photonics experience Sales experience in territory assigned, ideally including Rep/ Reseller Distributor engagement A solid track record of excellent negotiating, presentation and written communication skills (English German fluency necessary with additional market-relevant languages a plus) Experience collaborating within and across sales teams to increase penetration into Focus accounts Intuitive ability to prioritize efforts and quickly identify and resolve challenges Self-motivated team player with ability to balance personal goals with those of the organization Ability to travel approximately 60 (may include international travel) Role location is Germany with city flexibility (pending good airport access) #J-18808-Ljbffr 43688912 [...]
