The vacancy is a software development position for aircraft control and monitoring systems. You will join a team of engineers designing operating software and application software for embedded systems in safety critical equipment, which is working on next generation controllers for more electrical aircrafts. Your responsibilities: Contribution within the development of safety critical embedded real time SW for aircraft systems according to RTCA/ DO-178B, Level A to Level D Autonomous working according to project specific processes Support the tailoring of development processes to project-specific needs Support the Specification of Software High Level Requirements Development of Software Low Level Requirements Software Coding in C Software debugging Software integration and analysis Support the design of internal and external interfaces Support the definition of Statement of Works to be presented to potential suppliers Your profile: Completed studies in software engineering or comparable Professional experience as Embedded Software Engineer Aviation would be a plus Specification of high level and low level software requirements (SRS, SDDD) Programming experience in C and/or Assembler Code Experience with V-model development cycle (preferably of safety critical software acc. to RTCA/ DO-178) Experience within the usage of hardware in the loop test facilities Knowledge in Python Test Script Language, In Circuit-Debugger, MISRA guidelines and DOORS Experience with Configuration management in SVN, or IBM Rational Synergy/ Change, or Serena Dimensions Knowledge in IBM-Rational Test Real Time Good English skills, both written and spoken Your partner: Looking for your dream job?
