Sales Director/ Managing Director who will be fully responsible for market expansion and business growth in the EU, which includes building a strong sales force, FAE, exploring new customers, and maintaining effective relationships with customers and distributors. Tasks Define sales strategy and operational plan in the EU, ensuring achievement of business targets and sales goals. Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships, hunt new customers, identify new market opportunities, and develop and manage Europe-wide distributors. Recruit, lead, and manage local/ regional Sales and FAE teams, providing mentorship and cultivating talent. Decide and organize annual activities, planning fairs and exhibitions where the Company should be present. Provide data on EU market needs and trends to guide product development.
