Fulfilment Support Manager (m/f/d)

Support necessary troubleshooting by analysing the situation and technical status and actively assist the country fulfillment team in solving the problem for ensuring customer satisfaction. Continuous follow-up in involved cases. Organise and support training for technical high-rise elevator experts. This includes candidate and project selection as well as tracking of the training progress. On-site technical support and training as required. Ensure that product change information is distributed to country organisations and subcontractors. Provide project-specific Climblift support in the execution planning phase as well as during the installation. Fulfilment execution: Control operations and perform benchmarking via Schindler Standard Management Processes for large projects. Business health checks and implementation of improvements. What makes you special: Technician or Engineering degree (B. Sc. ) or comparable. At least 5 years experience in large projects elevator industry, e. g. as Commissioning Inspector, Site Supervisor, Troubleshooter, Master Trainer or similar. Understanding and reading architect and structural engineer models and drawings. Experience with destination control systems. English C2 Proficient, any other language is an asset. Open-minded, self-motivated and result-oriented. Mature personality with excellent organizational skills, culturally sensitive. Ability to work independently and with a high level of flexibility (projects/ matrix) . Structured and analytical mindset. Whats in it for you?
