Requirements At least 4+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles and one as a Lead Artist. Effective visual and verbal communication skills when directing internal or external teams or individuals. Excellent resource management and judgement whilst assigning artists of varying skill sets to the numerous projects in the studio.
