The Senior Field Marketing Specialist (DACH) will help inform and execute on event strategy, drive design efforts and deliver high quality Diligent branded events, webinars, sponsorships and support demand gen activations in the DACH region. This strategic field role would support the collaboration, design and implementation of DACH regional campaigns including working closely with internal cross-functional teams, 3rd party sponsors, media partners to drive brand [...] Webinars. Understand the market and competitive landscape: providing market trends, competitor activity etc. Community engagement: via events and online activations that position Diligent as a thought leader in market. Compliance with regional regulations: ensuring marketing campaigns comply with the data
protection laws in the DACH region. Measuring ROI and Reporting: on marketing targets and KPIs. Track and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights. Required Experience/ Skills Fluent communication skills in English and German required with in-depth knowledge and understanding on the regional landscape. Motivated self-starter, with the ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow-through on deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience and comfort in interactions with
Executive Leaders. Ability to partner and develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization, along with being confident in their ability to present and address all levels of the organization. Willingness to lean in where needed on shifting priorities, not being afraid to think on their feet by finding solutions to problems and being confident in their ability to take action where/ when needed. Data driven mindset, having the ability to develop a plan aligning to the short and long term success of the region utilizing data to drive decision for the best outcome.
