Manager of Commercial Operations (f/m/d) is responsible for managing the Sales Operations Planning (S OP) process and optimizing Luna Innovations end-to-end order-to-remittance (O2R) process. This role ensures effective utilization of ERP systems, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and oversees performance tracking to enhance operational efficiency. Sales Operations Planning (S OP) Management: Own, manage, and continuously improve the S OP process, ensuring clear communication and coordination across sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and customer success teams. Facilitate regular S OP meetings, document outcomes, and ensure accountability for action items. Order-to-Remittance (O2R) Optimization: Streamline and enhance the O2R process from order intake through invoicing and cash collection.
