Support Engineer, providing crucial global engineering, service, and technical assistance on exciting automotive projects involving a prestigious luxury brand. This role offers a dynamic, hands-on environment where youll be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations for our international customers. Your Responsibilities: Deliver remote technical support and efficient troubleshooting for
field-related issues. Develop rapid and effective solutions for diverse system configurations. Undertake frequent international travel (up to 50 on short notice) to provide direct, on-site support for complex technical challenges. Play a key support role in project initiations and campaign deployments across various countries. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (e. g. , Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science) . 4 years of experience in technical support or an engineering role. Demonstrated expertise in Linux, including scripting and automation. Solid multidisciplinary understanding of ECUs, microprocessors, network devices, sensors, and system integration. Valid drivers license with a clean record.
