About the Opportunity As Medical Director, you will play a key role in ensuring our Healthcare Centres deliver exceptional clinical care while positioning Bupa Healthcare Centres as a preferred place to practice. Acting as a strong advocate within the Primary Care industry, you will work closely with the Director of Healthcare Centres to foster a high-performing clinical environment. This includes building strong relationships with GPs and healthcare professionals, supporting talent acquisition and onboarding, and driving clinical innovation with the backing of our wider team. Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) . Strong professional standing and industry credibility. Collaborative mindset, with experience in a matrix environment preferred. Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
