Cleans tables, chairs, sinks, counters, fountains, and serving area. Sweeps and mops floors; wipes spills. Collects and removes cups. Cleans coffee pots, blenders, pop machine dispensers, ice cream and hot chocolate machines and other commercial equipment. Ensures that work surfaces, dishes, cooking equipment, and all kitchen/ dining hall areas are clean and well-maintained. Removes kitchen waste as per sanitation standards.
