Maintain positive guest relations at all times, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. Greet guests in a courteous and caring manner using Forbes standards of service. Responsible for routine general maintenance and repair of HVAC/ R field as directed by immediate supervisor. Ensure adherence to all OSHA regulations and internal safety policies and procedures. Operates company vehicles as required. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned. Supports other Engineers as needed. Responsible for conducting all responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. Update records associated with refrigerant usage as required by EPA. Ensure cleanliness in assigned work spaces. Maintain an adequate stock of parts and ensure cleanliness in assigned spaces. Adherence to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and safety precautions. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Three years of verifiable experience in a commercial HVAC related field of trade or equivalent experience. Ability to read Engineering drawings and technical literature. Universal refrigerant certificate as required by the EPA. Journeyman certification preferred. Must be able to read Engineering drawings and technical literature. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction and procedure and technical manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
