management to project managing refurbishment and fit-out projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facility-related needs, implement best practices, and develop strategies for optimising facility operations. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for services across our main London location and smaller European offices to ensure the development and ongoing management of our workplaces. You will lead a team of dedicated, dynamic and experienced professionals with a variety of skill sets across three sub-remits: Facilities, Reception and
Hospitality. You will guide the team on all day-to-day activities to ensure statutory compliance, and best practice in relation to maintenance, repair and health safety and maximise operational delivery. You will be responsible for service quality, helpdesk task resolution, contract services, and active monitoring and analysis of all activities; and work closely with the Director of Facilities to implement a culture of continuous improvement and assist in the preparation of annual business plans, management of budgets, supplier procurement and asset management. You will play a pivotal role in our London office move beginning next year.
