Daily management of support queues including triage, problem resolution, and escalation of support requests. Manage processes relating to user access to systems including bi-annual access reviews. Continuous assessment and reporting of infrastructure monitoring to ensure SLAs are met. Skills, Knowledge and Experience required: Substantial experience in a senior Operations Manager role within a large and complex, multi-site environment. Demonstrated experience in leading an ICT service desk, business applications, and infrastructure teams operating within a structured ICT environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or extensive equivalent experience at the same or similar level within a large, complex and rapidly changing organisation with specific focus on one or more of the key accountabilities (i. e. ICT management and ICT operations, etc. ) . Demonstrated strategic management and leadership skills in driving people, process and
technology change in a dynamic and complex environment, particularly in the application of ICT service management and ICT operations best practice. Excellent time management skills and proven ability to deliver operations on time and within budget. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional internal and external client relationships including with vendors. ITIL certification preferred or the ability to attain within 3 months.
