Position requirements You are a Swiss qualified
lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years of employment practice experience. Prior in-house experience required, ideally in a multi-national company in banking/ insurance/ financial services or another heavily regulated industry. Demonstrated competence and experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of HR related documents. Proven ability to translate employment law requirements for the business and implement policies and processes to help business mitigate relevant legal risks. Familiar with corporate Human Resources operations, organizational roles/ responsibilities, systems, data collection, analysis and AI, and current approaches to the entire employee life cycle. You have strong analytic skills and are committed to providing high-quality, timely and pragmatic client service, based on a holistic view of risk, including legal, commercial, reputational, and ethical issues.
