We are looking for a Team Coordinator General Ledger (m/f/d) for KWS Berlin who collaborates with the lead of the General Ledger to provide effective and highly efficient transactional processes. While achieving operational excellence through continuous improvement, the Team Coordinator ensures internal and external customer inquiries of transactional services are delivered in a competent and timely manner. The position is temporary (one year) for maternity coverage and in full-time at our location in Berlin. This position will be an onsite position in our office at Beckman Coulter in Krefeld, Germany and reports to the Manager Credit/ Collections. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Enter manually the cash application and enter missing receipts to Autolockbox file. Review and reconcile customer accounts for collection efforts Run the Netting on a weekly basis. Complete all the adjustments: applies write offs. Clean up the customer ledgers.
