Key Responsibilities Leadership Operational Excellence Lead and oversee Maintenance, Program, Guest Services, and Catering teams. Provide expert-level leadership to the Maintenance Team, particularly in trade-based disciplines such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, construction, and general infrastructure. Guide all departments through critical evaluation and complex problem solving. Ensure seamless execution of strategic and operational initiatives. Drive efficiency, cost control, and business performance measures. Develop and implement best-in-class operational strategies. Maintain and enhance high-performance workplace culture.
