engineering, process engineering, biotechnology, or a comparable field. At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with profound expertise in operational management, production processes, and technology. Experience in mRNA manufacturing is preferred Leadership Collaboration:Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Passion for empowering employees, and fostering professional growth and extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment Analytical Problem-Solving Skills:Exceptional problem-solving orientation with expertise in analyzing and managing complex operational challenges.
