Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our Hey Jobs products. You will be responsible for crafting value-driven marketing content that resonates with our target audience, driving successful product launches and campaigns. In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 70.000-80.000. Your personal development and promotion opportunities are also guaranteed with us. How you can contribute to Hey Jobs Product Messaging Value Propositions: Refine messaging and value propositions for the Hey Jobs product suite, aligning with customer pain points and market needs, while crafting compelling narratives that highlight benefits and differentiation. Product Launches Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales) to plan and execute product launches, drive awareness, adoption, and engagement through targeted campaigns, and support the product bundling
strategy with aligned content and messaging across touchpoints. Marketing Collateral Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing materials (website copy, brochures, recruiter portal content) , oversee the creation of clear and relevant educational content, and design/ manage content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. Customer-Centric Marketing: Collaborate with the Go-To-Market and Product Teams to align marketing content with customer pain points and ensure materials address the needs and preferences of our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) . Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign and content effectiveness using data to drive decisions and refine strategies. Project Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing) , and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives while balancing priorities.
