Analyst (f/m/d) . The role is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the position Head of Head of GP Procurement Excellence Sustainability. The Group Procurement Excellence Sustainability Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and performance management within the procurement excellence function. This role focuses on optimizing procurement efficiency by developing and maintaining analytics frameworks, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) , and ensuring transparency across all global and regional procurement activities. By leveraging advanced data analysis, digital tools, and reporting structures, the role supports strategic steering, cost optimization, and cohesive alignment across areas and business lines. Sales preferably in the building materials industry; procurement analytics, performance management, data-driven decision-making and performance management frameworks; experience in developing and tracking procurement KPIs, spend analysis, and cost optimization initiatives Technical know-how: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with procurement
software (e. g. SAP Ariba, SAP MM) and analytical/ data visualization tools (e. g. SAP BW4Hana, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) for data visualization and reporting; business intelligence tools; developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) ; effectively steer projects; knowledge of performance governance frameworks, policies, and analytics methodologies Behavioral know-how: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (min.
