Manager to join the EMEA Wealth team, based in either London or Frankfurt. The successful candidate will play a key role, in partnership with Business Development Manager colleagues, in managing relationships with some of our most important European and Global Wealth
sub-advisory clients, driving the relationship management needs, and delivering exceptional service. Primary Responsibilities Will Include Independently and proactively leading engagements with clients to understand their investment and servicing needs, including discussing their portfolios with Wellington, providing high level service expertise, and hosting client meetings; Cultivating and executing on cross sell opportunities; Partnering with Business Development Managers on shared accounts, analyzing performance data, investment characteristics, and risk profiles of client portfolios, and attending portfolio reviews and defence meetings; Serving as a central point of contact internally and externally to ensure that client servicing needs are met; Preparing for, leading, and providing follow-up on, client meetings and inquiries; Building and demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry/ market/ channel in which their clients [...]
