What youll do Local Expert: Be the subject matter expert in labor laws and regulations in Germany including serving as a consultant in developing global to local processes, policies, and programs. This includes making recommendations and executing required local people programs. Teach and train your fellow teammates on local topics. protection regulations Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with the Payroll Team to ensure we are compliant with local legislation, and manage employee pay changes, commissions, and bonuses Ensure all payroll-related modifications are accurately recorded and communicated in a timely manner Benefits Administration: Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs in the region to ensure we follow local requirements Continuous Improvement: Actively seek ways to improve People processes and practices.
