This traditional Japanese company with a history of almost a century focuses on quality not only in regard to its products, but also concerning its HR activities and the wellbeing of its employees. Manager and the Senior Regional Manager have been taking over most HR related tasks. The responsibility for the payroll will remain in locally existing companies, but to ensure that both the General Manager and the Senior Regional Manager can concentrate on their core responsibilities, an EMEA HR Generalist (m/f) will be hired to take over most of the other HR related tasks of the European branch as well as to improve the EMEA-wide coordination between the branches. The position holder is also expected to work together with expat HR Managers in regard to company group policies. Reporting Line The owner of the position reports to the General Manager or Senior Regional Manager. Managing hiring processes by coordinating all hiring processes and preparing supportive materials (e. g. Job description, questionnaire list etc. ) ; by joining interview sessions; by preparing work contracts; by planning education programs for managers.
