IfADo explores the risks and potentials of modern work in interdisciplinary approaches. We combine the disciplines of Ergonomics, Immunology, Toxicology, Psychology and Neurosciences. The Department of Ergonomics has a vacancy for a Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d) in Cognitive Psychology/ Computational Neuroscience to be filled as soon as possible. The position is limited to 3 years and can be extended for another 3 years. An essential aspect of this position is the analysis of neuroimaging data (primarily EEG) in the context of the study of attention and memory. Here, we focus primarily on the investigation of working memory and the influence of cognitive aging on the underlying cognitive functions. Another core aspect is the scientific collaboration in the Dortmund Vitalstudy, a broad-based longitudinal study on the determinants and mechanisms of healthy aging.
