Sales Business Development Oversee the sales strategy, ensuring the team drives new business, maintains strong relationships with existing clients, and meets or exceeds sales targets. Network with industry stakeholders, potential partners, and relevant associations to expand Emaldos market presence. Operational Excellence Work closely with the Electrician (technical support) to ensure installations, training, and after-sales support meet quality and safety standards. Coordinate with the Finance Logistics Admin to optimize supply chain, inventory management, and financial controls, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including environmental, health, and safety norms. Customer Partner Relationships Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring superior service levels and satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distribution partners, and installers. Represent Emaldo at industry conferences,
trade shows, and events to showcase our solutions. Reporting Alignment Report regularly to Emaldos HQ on financial performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities. Collaborate with the HQ product and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, product alignment, and shared best practices. Proven Experience in Solar and Battery Storage Minimum 5+ years experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally with a strong background in solar PV and battery storage systems. A successful track record in a commercial or operational leadership role (e. g. , General Manager, Commercial Director, Sales Director) .
