We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference As a Flight Testing Integration Engineer, you will push the boundaries of unmanned systems and collaborate with operators to drive real-world missions. Your roadmap to make an impact: Plan, prepare, and conduct flight testing activities. Take responsibility for product demonstrations, military exercises, and
operator training sessions. Document performance data and analyze results to drive product improvements. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and successful deployments. Develop a comprehensive understanding of products, identify opportunities for innovation through user feedback, and communicate insights to the development team. Work directly with mission partners to plan and execute operations, understand challenges, and implement solutions. Who you are: Degree in Robotics, Electrical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, and 2+ years of relevant work experience. You have the skills to make things fly; experience in autonomous aerial systems, including their structure, software, and electronics, is a strong advantage.
