This includes product interface language, navigational nomenclature, emails, notifications, terminology glossaries, taxonomies, etc. Test and measure your content to ensure its impactful and optimised Use data from a variety of sources to make evidence- based decisions, weigh the impact and tradeoffs of those decisions and seek input where needed to drive alignment Help shape the company Tone of Voice and build, maintain and evolve content guidelines to create a cohesive language system Oversee the localisation and translation strategy, processes and tooling to ensure our product copy is effective with customers in multiple markets Perform regular analysis and review of existing content to ensure quality Minimum Requirements: 8+ years of experience as a UX Content Designer, User Experience Writer or in a similar role- writing and structuring copy for digital products 2+ years experience managing content [...]
