Fulfilment execution: Control operations and perform benchmarking via Schindler Standard Management Processes for large projects. Business health checks and implementation of improvements. What makes you special:
Technician or Engineering degree (B. Sc. ) or comparable. At least 5 years experience in large projects elevator industry, e. g. as Commissioning Inspector, Site Supervisor, Troubleshooter, Master Trainer or similar. Understanding and reading architect and structural engineer models and drawings. Experience with destination control systems. English C2 Proficient, any other language is an asset. Open-minded, self-motivated and result-oriented. Mature personality with excellent organizational skills, culturally sensitive. Ability to work independently and with a high level of flexibility (projects/ matrix) . Structured and analytical mindset. Whats in it for you?
