Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Work on value-adding activities such as knowledge base updates management, training freshers, and coaching analysts. Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions/ Reopen Cases. The Band 2
Technician will mentor and assist Band 1 technicians in their work and provide support to Band 3 Engineers in resolving tickets. Your Profile: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Language requirement-minimum B1 Level German skills. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better. Minimum of 18 months of IT experience. Experience with Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions, and helpdesk ticketing systems. Must have the ability to
lift 50 pounds or 22.5 Kilograms. Experience with mobile device management including iOS and Android devices, enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/ laptop management via Active Directory. Minimum B1 in German language proficiency and have a driving license.
