Pflege und Kontrolle von Kunden-und Auftragsdaten in SAP und CRM-Systemen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z. B. Vertrieb, Technischer Service, Finanzbereich) zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs. Unterstützung bei internen Prozessen wie Rechnungserstellung, Kundenanlage, Bonitätsprüfung oder Retouren. Nachverfolgung der Kundenzufriedenheit und aktive Mitarbeit an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung unserer Servicequalität.
