account management and business development across our member base (SMEs) and Government clients. This role is central to positioning Serve Gate as the leader in Defence contracting for SMEs and requires a strategic focus on building long-term relationships, driving new opportunities, and ensuring our members thrive through successful engagement with Government. You will lead the Member Customer
Relations team, overseeing account management, RFQs, and tender submissionsnot as the core focus but as a key deliverable supporting strategic growth. What Youll Be Doing Lead and develop Serve Gates Member Customer Relations team. Build and maintain strong relationships with Government clients and SME Members. Drive business development and strategic growth across Defence and other sectors. Identify and secure new contract opportunities through proactive engagement and understanding of procurement processes. Oversee high-quality, competitive RFQ and tender submissions. Represent Serve Gate at industry events, forums, and Government briefings, positioning our capabilities and value. Collaborate with internal teams to align Member capabilities with client needs.
